Company dedicated to the provision of maintenance services and cleaning in general is in search of a person to assign the position of cleaner.

The person who receives this responsibility must take charge of everything related to the general maintenance and cleaning of buildings, facilities and interior areas of the office lobby, bathrooms among other areas, previously established under contract or assigned by the supervisor.

Among the main tasks to be carried out by the person hired as a cleaner are:

  • Disposal of garbage

  • Clean assigned floor areas by applying appropriate cleaning procedures, such as washing, vacuuming, mopping, and waxing.

  • Remove dust and stains from walls and disinfect glass surfaces.

  • Record and notify the supervisor if any repairs or unexpected failures require corrective action.

Within the requirements demanded by the company to qualify the position of cleaner are:

  • Academic background GED preferred but not required

  • Previous work experience in a similar position.

  • Good communication skills, customer service, ability to take initiative, as well as to handle labor conflict situations.

  • Ability to perform support tasks, supervision of assigned areas, as well as lifting objects up to a maximum of 40 pounds.
